We’re actively following developments concerning the COVID-19 outbreak. Our top priority is to continue providing uninterrupted service to you. As we do our best to adapt to emerging guidelines from the government and public health organizations, you may experience delays in your orders.
You can order different names and/or numbers to be printed on each of your garments.
- Names cost $5 each. Numbers cost $3 each.
- If you order custom names/numbers, you will need to add it to every garment in your order.
You can order custom names/numbers by clicking the “PERSONALIZE” button on the header bar of the page.
Note: The personalization portion of your design may have a different material and color than the rest of your design.
To send your names/numbers data:
- Click the “PERSONALIZE” button in the header bar of the page.
- At the bottom of the screen appears, click the “Name / Number Data” button.
- Input the Name, Number, and Product data for each garment in your order.
Make sure the spreadsheet includes one row for every garment in your order, even if you would not like a name/number printed on the garment.
At this time, we do not offer split shipping. Sorry for this inconvenience.

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.
Modifying or Changing an Order
Since our orders are custom produced, we offer order cancellations for a short period of time after your order is placed. To see if your order still qualifies for cancellation, visit Track Order

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover
Debit Cards: We accept debit cards featuring the Mastercard or Visa logo. If you’re paying with a pre-paid debit card, you must register them before using them for online purchases. You can do this by following instructions on the card or contacting their own support teams.
PayPal allows members to have a personal account linked to any bank account or credit card for easy payment at checkout.
Sofort allows European customers to use their online banking details as a payment method. It is available in the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland and UK. This payment method is only available to customers shipping to the eurozone.
Giro Pay enables online customers in Germany to pay via direct bank transfer. This payment method is only available to customers shipping to the eurozone.

Returns and Exchanges
Since our products are custom printed and unique to each campaign, they will only qualify for refunds if the product itself is flawed, if the quality of the printing is poor, or if the final products material is different from the product presented on the site.
You must submit a claim within 15 days of the delivery date.
If there’s an issue with your product, please submit a claim through our online form. You’ll need your order number as well as the email address used to place the order.
We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors.
Any unauthorized returns, or exchanges of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping rates.
We review claims within 72 business hours. After determining that your order qualifies for a replacement or exchange, you will receive a new order confirmation that will allow you to track the progress of your replacement/exchange. Replacement orders generally take 5 – 10 business days for processing.
Qualified refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your method of payment.
If we request that your item is returned to us, we’ll send the exchange or qualified refund your way after receiving your return. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping rates.
